At the core of National FFA Organization are teen members who learn invaluable leadership, communication, and advocacy tools through a vast array of educational membership opportunities.

National FFA needed to evolve many learning experience and conference materials to be more approachable and desirable for this target audience. The objective was to better engage members for increased conference interest and attendance and improved attendee retention rates to better serve those members in their FFA leadership journey.

In one of many redesigned programs, the Member Leadership Series did exactly that with cohesive, engaging learning design that spanned the 4-part series seamlessly and encouraged members' returned participation throughout the entire series.
